This is why live debates are often difficult because it requires immediate feedback and usually it becomes an interactive communication model.  Whereas if you have a open forum, a think-tank, there tends to be more of a transactional communication going on.</description>

		<description>Eric, this is such a fantastic article and has started my wheels spinning... transactional value to communicating through social media is so very important, especially for engaging internal audiences. A linear model is seen as corporate &quot;noise&quot;, interactive communication only puts a prettier skin to the existing communications channel, but transactional communication get the highest amount of employee response. We are way beyond the days of talking TO, but talking WITH. Thanks so much for the post.</description>
